Beautiful stories by Lucy Maud Montgomery, Frances Hodgeson Burnett, Roald Dahl, and Hans Christian Anderson were inspirational writings that the author cherished. Having her children write sentences from their favorite books, was a wonderful time spent with them as children. The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Beatrix Potter stories, Goosebumps stories, and numerous cookbooks with beautiful foods and recipes depicted on them was how they learned to to read and write. It was a lovely time and beautiful books read and enjoyed by all helped them to grow.
